Mr. Patterson is the Co-founder and CEO of Vested Technology Corp., a start-up equity crowdfunding portal. Mr. Patterson is a former CEO of Emerita Resources Corp., an exploration and development company listed on the TSXV. Mr. Patterson was also CFO of Donner Metals Ltd., a mineral exploration and development company listed on the TSXV.

For more than 30 years he has been involved in the administration and financing of exploration companies based in North America. Holds a Master of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University (1991).
